Services like High-speed Internet access, TV and other guest technology are an integral part of the overall guest experience. Our Dashboard gives hoteliers full visibility about these services. A web-based user interface answers the hotelier’s most frequent questions about his network and BPS services in a second. Our Dashboard is particularly helpful for the hotel’s IT Manager, Maintenance and / or Operations Manager as well as the Front Desk.
All information is presented through an intuitive interface that presents a number of widgets for the individual KPI (Key Performance Indicators) including:
- overall service availability and operational status
- current tickets and their status
- tickets per voucher ratio
- BPS service level fulfillment.
The user interface adapts to different screen sizes and displays optimally on laptops, tablets and smartphones.
